New Product Introduction Engineer (3-5 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing)

1 Position Available

  1. To coordinate and lead pre - NPI meeting, PFMEA meeting & post pilot run meetings. Actively communicate with related internal department personals & with customers.

  2. To be responsible to create work instructions, quality plan, process flow, pilot report for newly introduced and existing running product.

  3. To generate Project Master Schedule and drive pilot run activity to meet departmental requirements.

  4. Update of document and process performance indicators such as, yield, quality update and status of Corrective Action (CA) effectiveness towards pilot run improvement as specified by customers.

  5. To compile a complete Product File (physical & soft copy) for all new products transferred. This includes all complete part drawing , work instruction, quality plan, data sheet, original customer drawing, pilot run report, PFMEA and other related documents. The product master file must be submitted to Document control department.

  6. To support Process optimization in ensuring smooth pilot runs and communicate with vendors for the fabrication of fixtures, evaluate and buyoff fixture for functionality.

  7. To be proactive towards potential available opportunities by initiating technical projects in maximizing line productivity and quality performances as well as minimizing cost by utilizing available statistical tool, design of experiments, Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA),  Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) and others.

  8. To coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) “Handshaking” with production and related department for product acceptance and readiness for mass production mode. Create samples before each new production run.

  9. To react enthusiastically to customers on pilot run quality related issues rose towards provision of an acceptable solution with expedited Speed of Execution (SOE). 

  10. To participate fully in upholding the integrity of our quality system such as ISO9000, ISO13485 ESD and other quality standards as requested by customers.

  11. To manage and control pilot run material effectively and provide an inventory report timely.

  12. To coordinate, plan, set up, method, processes and equipment worthiness and enhancement towards stabilization of critical process control.

  13. To review and determine if defective material can be salvaged and to confirm scrap material status and provide reworks procedures if required.

  14. To provide training for the related personnel on the techniques and procedure of executing the process.

  15. To work on cost reduction and improvement projects.

Supply Chain Management Assistant (min 1 year experience)

1 Position Available

Objective(s)-General:      

  1. Responsible in ensuring optimum level of inventory management within care (in forms of quantity, space utilization, environment conditions and shelf life). 

  2. Logistics- Ensuring the most cost-effective logistic methods  that ensures all transportation of raw materials and goods will be done according to the optimum and possible manner. 

 

Objective(s): 

  1. To assist Supply Chain Management (SCM) department on controlling customers' communication (order status, changes or cancellations) and account respectively.

  2. Assist  in planning, controlling and monitoring the respective material purchasing, expediting and shipment performances respectively.

  3. Ensure the team understand their work, are committed, motivated, safely and professionally engaged in the working culture of Cincaria Sdn. Bhd.

  4. To understand the impact of the responsibilities, and to be fully committed (at all times) and motivated to safely and professionally engage on the everyday task while upholding the treasured culture of Cincaria Sdn. Bhd. respectively.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  1. To control or assist in customers’ account. 

  2. Prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests.

  3. Determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary.

  4. Respond to supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.

  5. Perform buying duties when necessary.

  6. Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.

  7. Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications.

  8. Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.

  9. Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.

  10. Track the status of requisitions and orders.

  11. Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

  12. Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain management instructions, policies, and procedures.

  13. Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.

  14. Calculate costs of orders, and charge or forward invoices to appropriate accounts.

  15. Monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.

  16. Ensure that all items purchased are purchased at the most competitive price and at the lowest of costs at all times. 

  17. To constantly improve on your knowledge base through reading of industry-related media, attending in-house and external training sessions, and other forms. 

  18. Follow-up with suppliers and inform the purchasers if there are any delays.

  19. Perform Purchase Order and Delivery Order matching.

  20. To have control of the Purchase Order and record each Purchase Order in a Log Book.     

  21. To improve on your English Language.

  22. To be part of the Auto-count system implementation team.

 

General:

  1. Achieve Department’s goals and objectives.

  2. Ensure every interaction between CINCARIA SDN BHD and the associated companies, corporate clients, suppliers, etc. are carried out professionally.
